Welcome to Eduvacation Tutoring. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in our one-to-one tutoring classes.                                     By booking our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Absence Policy

Notice Requirement: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any absences or cancellations.                                                                                    This ensures other students have the opportunity to book a session. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being charged in full.

2. Tuition Details

Mode of Delivery: All tuition is primarily conducted online.

Supervision: Students under the age of 10 must have an adult present during sessions to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.

3. Operating Hours

Class Availability: Eduvacation online classes are available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, excluding Half-term, Easter, Christmas, and New Year holidays.

October Schedule: During October, classes will be held during the first half of the holiday and closed during the second week, leading up to November 5th.

Holiday Schedule Exceptions for GCSE Students: While Eduvacation remains closed during holiday periods, special arrangements may be made to provide continued support for GCSE students. These exceptions aim to ensure consistent academic preparation during critical times. Slots for holiday sessions will be limited, and allocation will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability will be communicated in advance, and participation is strongly encouraged to maximize the benefits of this offering.

4. Customer Care

Office Hours: For inquiries or assistance, please contact us during office hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Response Time: Calls received outside office hours will be responded to at the start of the next working day.

5. Discontinuation of Tuition

Notice of Discontinuation: If a student wishes to discontinue tuition, one month's notice is required. This allows for the efficient management of new student admissions.

Refund Policy: Courses are non-refundable once purchased, even if the student decides to discontinue.

6. Waiting Lists

Priority Booking: Waiting lists are maintained for when tuition slots become available. Priority is given on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. Free Trial Promotions

Availability: Eduvacation may offer free trial sessions as part of promotional activities. These sessions are subject to availability and may be used only once per student.

Policies: Scheduling and cancellations of free trial sessions are subject to the same booking and absence policies as regular sessions.

Private Tours

1. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address.
• Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to the booking. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the loss of the booking fee.

2. Tour Details

• Types of Tours: Eduvacation Tours offers walking tours, historical tours, and small coach tours exclusively in London.
• Tour Duration: Tours typically range from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the type and itinerary.

3. Safety Regulations

• Health and Safety: Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the tour guide. This includes wearing appropriate     footwear and clothing for the tour.
• Medical Conditions: Participants are responsible for informing the tour guide of any medical conditions or mobility issues that may affect their   ability to participate in the tour.
• Liability: Eduvacation Tours is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the tour. Participants are encouraged to have personal travel insurance.

4. Briefing and Conduct

• Pre-Tour Briefing: A safety briefing will be conducted at the start of each tour. This will include information on the tour route, potential hazards, and emergency procedures.
• Participant Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the tour. Any disruptive or unsafe behaviour may    result in the participant being asked to leave the tour without a refund.

5. Operating Hours

• Tour Availability: Tours are available during Spring and Summer term. Tours are not available on public holidays, including Easter, Christmas, and New Year. To ensure a rich and engaging tour experience Eduvacation will avoid peak times.
• Seasonal Adjustments: Tour schedules may vary during peak seasons or special events. Participants will be informed of any changes in advance
